Meet Gus
Gus Moore Danowski trained as a gymnast from the age of 16 before becoming an actor and then an expert in food and wine. He understood from early on that staying fit, eating well and enjoying life didn’t need to be mutually exclusive. As a Cimspa accredited personal trainer, he has worked with many clients across a range of ages, helping people to really achieve their fitness and wellness goals whilst living life to the full.
